Research
The Holleitner group focuses on topological and nanoscale quantum materials, the nanofabrication, as well as the atomistic optoelectronics and ultrafast on-chip THz electronics. A particular emphasis is on direct and indirect interlayer excitons in hetero bilayers, as well as on the optical properties of atomistic defects in 2D materials.
